We are 5 mins drive from the airport.
This private villa as a spacious living room with a modern fully-quipped open plan kitchen. The living room has a 6 seater sofa which can be used as a single bed for an extra guest. The dining area can also be used a workstation. The bedrooms are cozy with full length mirrors and storage space.
Queen Sized Beds, Smart TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Electric Cooker, 24 hrs hot/water supply.
We have a strict check-in and check-out policy. Please make arrangements with us if you wish to check-in early or check-out late. Otherwise extra day charges will be applied!
- No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay if your stay is less than 2 nights. You will get a neat and clean room upon check-in but during your stay we will not be doing any cleaning or bed making service as it’s a private villa not a hotel or resort . The guests are requested to keep the room neat and clean during their stay. However, the housekeeping staff will come to clean the outdoor pool area on a regular basis.
- No smoking allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke in the outdoor pool area. Penalty of Rs 1000 will be charged incase we find out if this guideline has not been followed.
- If any damage caused to the property you will be reported to agoda and asked for a fine.
- Please take special care while entering and exiting out of the pool as the surface might be slippery.
- The main road is just 2 mins walk away and auto rickshaws can be found there. There is ATM 15 mins walk and local food joints are just 5 mins away. Swiggy is available in our area too.
PS: LOUD PARTIES NOT ALLOWED as we live in a quiet neighbourhood
We can provide contact numbers to private drivers and trusted tour operators for the far away beaches.
We also provide contact numbers for bike rentals.
Auto rickshaws are available 2 mins walk from the main road.
All in-town tourist attractions are within 10 mins drive.
