The space is hosted by Radhika and Nagaraja Babu, retired professionals, who love to explore new things. Their passion to host and meet new people is infectious. While Radhika loves stitching, cooking, knitting, singing, and travelling, Babu is known for his stories and cooking experiments.
The property is a brand new 2 BHK (1100sqft) on the first floor with granite flooring and high quality woodwork. 4 - 6 people can comfortably stay here with a maximum capacity for 10 people. Our love for DIY-stuff & reusing has brought forth innovative ideas to furnish the guest house.
The space is well-captured in the photos. A fully functional kitchen with steel utensils, gas stove, water dispenser, fridge, etc., is available.
Parking :
Covered parking for 2 cars is available on first-come-first-serve basis. The on-street parking is quite safe.
The private guest house is located on the first floor. The entire 2bhk (1100sqft) will be available to you.
The puja room inside the property is off-limits as we use it as a store room.
We have enough parking space for 2-3 cars, and the view from the terrace is mind-blowing.
There are no shared/common spaces inside the property.
The elevator (lift), and common areas outside the property like terrace, staircase, parking are shared and might have others using them.
All other properties in the building are off-limits.
We're 4km away if you need anything. We will available online, you can reach us through app or call.
The nearest landmark is "Chaitanya Techno School, Jambu Savari Dinne".
There are a few grocery shops 500m from the property. A bigger supermarket (Maria Mart) is available 1km away.
It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood near a school. Expect some noise when the school is functional post pandemic.
Konanakunte Cross metro station is the nearest metro station (4km).
Jambu Savari Dinne is nearest bus stop (800m).
Expect longer wait times for cabs / autos as the property is in the outskirts. Food delivery and cab services are available.
The property is located in a recently developed area and is quite far from central Bangalore.
The best mode of transport to get here is via the Metro. This is feasible if it's 1 or 2 of you with energy to travel. If it's more than 3 or old people it just makes sense to hire a cab but expect long wait times.
There is bus facility as well and the nearest bus stop is 500m away.
If you are getting your own vehicle, there is parking available for 2-wheeler and 4-wheelers in the property. There's ample space outside the property for extra parking if needed.
