Town Space is a Service apartment property situated at Moulivakkam, near Porur. Each apartment has two bedrooms (120 sq.ft) with a big living room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with attached bath. The living cum dining hall has a sofa and dining table arrangement suitable to accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen is provided with an induction stove and basic vessels to make instant foods like maggi, tea or coffee.

You will have access to the whole apartment which has a living cum dining area, kitchen with an induction stove, a kettle and 2 air conditioned bed rooms with queen bed

We have an incharge present at site to take care of your needs full time. We also have round the clock housekeeping representative at our property

We have parking available to park 3-4 cars at our property. Parking is available based on first come basis

We don’t provide any food. Tea or coffee is available (chargeable). Rest of the food to be ordered in Zomato or swiggy. There is a kfc and a domino’s pizza at a walkable distance. Couple of restaurants deliver at our property too.
