Ideal for GROUP STAY - This property is in a large Coffee & Tea plantation. Perched on a hill top the bungalow is easily accessible from the state highway and is walkable distance to the town. The rooms are Bright, quiet, airy, scenic with pleasant climate through the year and Sumptuous HOME cooked Local Food are few words to describe the Estate Life. Group of 6 to 8 adults can be easily accommodated. Domestic animals live here and Wild animals pass by. Walking,trekking and bonfire possible.
This is an ideal place to be close to nature away from crowded city life. Scenic, mountain and tea garden view. All 3 rooms have en suite bathrooms. The coffee drying yard is your play ground, party and bonfire area. Down the valley is the perennial stream with a large pond frequented by wild elephants.
Guests can walk inside the plantation or explore trekking areas outside or walk on nice wide roads nearby which have low traffic. Scope for team building, partying and bonfire.
We live in the property. We also have a property manager for your help.

The best way to get here is by your private vehicle. The state highway gets you to our property at Cherembadi.

Calicut - 3 hours
Mysore - 3 hours
Sultan Battery -0.5 hours
Ooty - 3 hours
There is no Train or Flight facility to this place. Calicut is the closest International Airport
If you are here, then you need at least a week to explore the place. So many exotic less known places to see. You need a tour guide for it. And so many popular tourist spots to visit. Your gps will take you there.
