The estate has 5 rooms, split between Dragonfly (this 3-room home) and Titaly (a 2-room home). This 3-bedroom Signature home is built underground and has 1 pool, 1 living room, 1 indoor dining area and various undulating terrace gardens. You are welcomed by the undulating rooftop gardens of the estate - The perfect amalgamation of natural luxury and country leisure. The unending lush greens will leave you wondering where the villa actually is! The home reveals itself only in snippets until you reach the entrance stairway. The stairway is made from natural rock recovered from the land itself. A short flight of stairs leads you down to the grand, organically shaped entrance door and what lies behind is possibly one of the most extraordinary, fantasy homes you’ve ever seen. Walking into the spacious, living room with an open-planned kitchen will remind you of a home you’ve read about in a book or watched in a movie. Despite being cave-like, the living room is brightly lit with natural sunlight coming through the curved windows and skylights on the roof. A large boulder, unearthed on site, has been modelled into a coffee table and the dining table is a cantilever marvel, too. This vivacious space has comfortable seating for 9 people and it makes the perfect setting to unwind and engage in conversation with the family or hum some tunes along with the karaoke system. With Signature villas come our Signature curated menus, offering the choicest multi-cuisine selections. From authentic local meals made from regional produce to an exotic international spread, our comfort Indian selections, as well as, fine-dine offerings will leave you satiated. Adjoining the living room is the first bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) that has a skylight right above the bed from where you can watch the stars at night. A short passage with 4 steps leads you to a second bedroom (no ensuite bathroom) and a washroom on either side. The hallway is illuminated by a series of skylights that highlight the earthy mosaic dome atrium lined with aquamarine green-blue ceramic pottery. The passage ends with the spacious master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom). The room itself opens up to a deck, a rain shower and a swimming pool that overlooks the grassy hillocks. The large washroom attached to the master bedroom features a shower on the rocks, another great, ‘grammable’ spot. The side door of the living room takes you up a gradual, paved slope and onto the 2-bedroom unit, but privacy is maintained for both groups staying here. Indoors, you can try your hand on the board games, carrom, foosball table and playing cards or step out and enjoy the estate. We recommend an evening tea set-up on the terrace garden with a setting sun for company or a bonfire under the stars. It is not rare for rainbows, fireflies and red dragonflies to make an appearance at AsanjA in season! Surrounded by nature all around, one can also walk a nature trail and spot various species of birds and plants throughout the property.
