The estate has 5 rooms, split between Dragonfly (this 3-room home) and Titaly (a 2-room home). This 3-bedroom Signature home is built underground and has 1 pool, 1 living room, 1 indoor dining area and various undulating terrace gardens. You are welcomed by the undulating rooftop gardens of the estate - The perfect amalgamation of natural luxury and country leisure. The unending lush greens will leave you wondering where the villa actually is! The home reveals itself only in snippets until you reach the entrance stairway. The stairway is made from natural rock recovered from the land itself. A short flight of stairs leads you down to the grand, organically shaped entrance door and what lies behind is possibly one of the most extraordinary, fantasy homes you’ve ever seen. Walking into the spacious, living room with an open-planned kitchen will remind you of a home you’ve read about in a book or watched in a movie. Despite being cave-like, the living room is brightly lit with natural sunlight coming through the curved windows and skylights on the roof. A large boulder, unearthed on site, has been modelled into a coffee table and the dining table is a cantilever marvel, too. This vivacious space has comfortable seating for 9 people and it makes the perfect setting to unwind and engage in conversation with the family or hum some tunes along with the karaoke system. With Signature villas come our Signature curated menus, offering the choicest multi-cuisine selections. From authentic local meals made from regional produce to an exotic international spread, our comfort Indian selections, as well as, fine-dine offerings will leave you satiated. Adjoining the living room is the first bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) that has a skylight right above the bed from where you can watch the stars at night. A short passage with 4 steps leads you to a second bedroom (no ensuite bathroom) and a washroom on either side. The hallway is illuminated by a series of skylights that highlight the earthy mosaic dome atrium lined with aquamarine green-blue ceramic pottery. The passage ends with the spacious master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom). The room itself opens up to a deck, a rain shower and a swimming pool that overlooks the grassy hillocks. The large washroom attached to the master bedroom features a shower on the rocks, another great, ‘grammable’ spot. The side door of the living room takes you up a gradual, paved slope and onto the 2-bedroom unit, but privacy is maintained for both groups staying here. Indoors, you can try your hand on the board games, carrom, foosball table and playing cards or step out and enjoy the estate. We recommend an evening tea set-up on the terrace garden with a setting sun for company or a bonfire under the stars. It is not rare for rainbows, fireflies and red dragonflies to make an appearance at AsanjA in season! Surrounded by nature all around, one can also walk a nature trail and spot various species of birds and plants throughout the property. Trust us when we say, this home is a photography enthusiast & nature lovers’ delight. If you love exploring gram-worthy hidden gems, you'll love this one. Guests can also book all 5 rooms for large groups - ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, milestone celebrations or offsites. Guests can access all indoor and outdoor spaces except the kitchen. We have a good cook at the villa to take care of all your meal requirements so sit back and enjoy! Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. Guests are requested to stay within/around the home that they have booked, and not cross over to the 2-bedroom home, unless booked together. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our other guests. Our caretaker will be available to welcome the guests and ensure they have a comfortable stay. The estate has 5 rooms. Large groups can book the neighbouring AsanjA Titaly (2 Rooms) that can accommodate 4-6 guests - ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, milestone celebrations or offsites. Explore the estate! A monsoon stream flows by the sides of the home and the surroundings are lush with rain. One can spot the rare red variety of dragonflies, fireflies, birds and rainbows too! Dragonflies can be spotted all throughout the year over both the pools and is also the mascot of this Signature villa. It’s a trip back in time to before cities took over. Enjoy a peaceful alfresco breakfast set up on the rooftop garden with breath-taking views of the hills - something that the everyday hustle has deprived us from. This is subject to conducive weather conditions, please check with the caretaker during your stay. This villa is located amidst the hills and is a paradise for all the trekkers out there! You can enjoy a thrilling trek to Machindragad and Gorakgad. Siddhagadh is 10km from the home. Tuljabhavani Temple is located 10 mins from the premises. Murbad may be an offbeat location, but it has many undiscovered scenic places - like the lake-touching Kotharwada village that is merely a kilometre away from the home.. Guests can enjoy a nice picnic by the lake at dawn. Plan a trip to Malshej Ghat which is 1.5 hours from AsanjA. The journey will be filled with lush greenery and waterfalls in the monsoon. From our specially curated Signature menu, we provide healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. From Indian to continental and chinese, this villa offers an elaborate spread. Veg and non-veg barbecue will be offered only with prior intimation. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time.
