Note: The property is surrounded by a residential area with private properties built on both side of the our property. Despite initial surroundings, I am sure that, stepping in will fill your mood with joy and happiness.
Swimming pool is only functional if you have atleast 3 days of (URL HIDDEN) Please mention before your arrival if you need swimming pool.
Swimming pool is charged - 1200/-.
It will be only filled once.
Please note: We do not offer complimentary food or beverages. The property provides only basic non-perishable kitchen items such as masalas, tea, sugar, and coffee.
At the property, you can also get homemade traditional Garhwali food/North Indian and South Indian food cooked with love (our cook will be at your service, but there will be a cooking charge as :
Cooking Charges:
1-2 servings - 150 rs for breakfast and 200 Rs for Luch/Dinner.
3 servings - 200 rs for breakfast and 250 rs for lunch/ dinner
4 servings - 250 rs for breakfast and 300 rs for lunch/ dinner
Note: After 4 person, additional 50 rs per head for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.
The cost of groceries will be on the guest, and the caretaker will bring/assist for purchasing the same from the market.
Good Cafes are walkable (barely 150 meters).
Caretaker will be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can call her once anytime within the said time because if she leaves for her home then it’s a bit difficult to come again.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
