- Built across two levels, the home layout consists of-
- Ground floor: Living room + powder bathroom + kitchen + 1 bedroom (with ensuite bathroom)
- First floor: Sitting area + 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) + private verandah with loungers
- Avail the free WiFi if you intend working through your vacation. When you conclude it, have a fun grooving session with your fam by turning on the music system, catching up on gossip around the bonfire or idle away on the hammocks.
- Shikhar Falls, with its spectacular beauty, is the closest place to paradise you'll ever find, merely a half an hour drive away or head on over to Guniyal village to try out local fare.
- If your mornings start a little late, a delicious brunch at the Café De Piccolo, just a 15-minute drive away, is the best way to begin your day.
As this is sold on a room basis guests have access to the room they booked and all common spaces. We have a good cook to take care of all your meal requirements and hence kitchen access is denied to all expect for cooking infant meals.

-Local authentic meals are provided by the caretaker on demand.
-The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times.
-We offer healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
-Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
-Complimentary breakfast will be served from 9 am to 11 am. Lunch will be served from 1 pm to 3 pm. Dinner will be served from 8 pm to 10 pm
-Bonfire is available at the property till 12 am, at an additional cost of INR 600 for 3 hours.

- Breakfast is included in the tarfff.
