The place is great for enjoying a different kind of living style. In winters, you can enjoy the sun during the day and camp fire in the night. In summer, you can sit under the cool shade of large trees.
You can have a great time with friends and family while enjoying barbecue in cool wooded areas or while playing cricket in the lawn.
It is perfect for hosting birthday parties, BC parties, or office team building parties. Call me for details.
Very close, only 4KM from Dewas city center and exactly 25 km from Dewas Naka, Indore, and exactly 30 KM from Bombay Hospital, Indore.
Food: There are several eateries and dhabas around. You may order through apps. But we also provide typical malwa style desi village food (for example, besan/kadhi/dal, chulha roti, bati, fresh seasonal vegetables picked from our own garden etc.) prepared by the caretaker right in front of you.
The price for this food is Rs 1000 for 2 people which you can pay directly to the caretaker in cash. It is expensive, yes. But the taste is awesome. I guarantee you will not get this taste anywhere else. Please confirm exact items you would like to eat with the caretaker and pay in advance.
This is not a regular hotel room, so please TALK TO ME before booking to make sure your requirements are fulfilled.
Prices for up to 2 adults + 1 child<5yr:
Rs 800 Cash: Basic room with one double bed. No A/C. No Hot water geyser. No Kitchen. Ceiling fan is present. This price is available only if paid in cash.
Rs 1600 Cash: AC room with kitchen slab, sink, hot water geyser, electric tea kettle, and a microwave.
Rs 500 Cash: For extra bed.
Rs 500 Cash: Per extra guest.
Rs 1000 Cash: For using full kitchen with Gas stove and utensils.
Rs 1000 Cash: For village style food.
Rs 2000 Cash: This is a large shaded outdoor party area which is available separately for private parties. This is suitable for about 50 people. The charge is for the space only. Catering, Chairs, Music, decoration are extra as per requirement.
Rs. 3000 Cash: We also have a large separate 3 BHK Unit with three small rooms (one with AC and two without AC), 1 Bath room and a full kitchen with utensils and gas. This can be booked only after meeting personally.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We provide the space for families (ladies+gents+small kids) only. We DO NOT provide the room for guys only party. So if you are a guys only team, looking for a room for DARU PARTY - DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM.

I may or may not be there but the care taker will be there to make your stay comfortable. He will help you with whatever you need. You just need to ask.

Directions:
The property is located on Dewas bypass. While coming from Indore, it is 400 meters further from palnagar toll plaza on the right hand side (take a U turn from Everest school).
Note: The place is located on the highway so expect some road noise. If you need a very quite place to sleep, this place is not for you.
