Just 2 kms off the Kalka Shimla highway from Dharampur Chowk, on Kanda village road, a few kms from Sanavar school, our property is a perfect blend of urban luxury in a peaceful rural set up which is 5 degrees cooler than dharampur due to its location.

Things to Note:
• Treat our residence as yours only.
• Please avoid loud music after 10:30.
• Request to keep all the balcony net doors shut to avoid insects from entering.
• Housekeeping crew will clean the house once a day but utensils to be cleaned on your own. A nominal fee will be charged if you need someone to clean the dishes.
• We would appreciate if you only smoke in the balconies.
• Since we are a home stay please do not treat it as a hotel. Also do not litter around.
• Cook available on request, only for families @ Rs 1000/day for North Indian meals only (subject to availability). All supplies should be arranged by guest for making the food.
