As you ascend to a height of 4000 ft, surrounded by pine cones, you will stumble upon a charming 2BHK abode, hosted by a wonderful couple. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a delightful living area. The space has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with a blend of local Himachali aesthetics and inspirations gathered from our travels around the world.
The apartment is situated in a peaceful residential complex and comprises of two rooms - a master bedroom and a guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and an attached washroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to three persons with extra bedding. The guest bedroom does not have an attached washroom, but there is a second washroom right across the door which functions as a powder room as well. The kitchen is fully functional and has essential utensils for basic cooking purposes. The living room has a 42” flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa set. In addition, there is a 4-seater dining table. Both TVs have only OTT platforms with no dish installed. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, and study tables are available in both rooms for workcations. Rest assured, air conditioning is not required in this area as the weather remains consistently pleasant throughout the high summer season, owing to the superior elevation of the location.
Guests are welcome to access the entire apartment and the balcony area. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Additionally, there is a rooftop seating area available for all residents of the complex to use. Guests can order food from the in-house service kitchen, which offers a variety of delicacies at very reasonable prices. The food can be served in the apartment as well as on the rooftop area. Apart from that, guests can easily visit several nearby food outlets, including McDonald's, Starbucks, and Burger King, all within a 15-minute drive from the property.
Guests have the option to communicate directly with the property owner. Additionally, the property has a dedicated manager named Mr. Parmesh, who will be available to assist guests with any requests. Mr. Parmesh will take care of the food service and can even handle the check-in and check-out formalities, if needed.
There is a dog named Jiva who lives near the property and has recently given birth to 5-6 puppies. Although they are completely harmless, please inform the owner or the property manager in advance if you have any concerns.
