It resembles a quaint cottage swathed in nature and bliss, straight out of a painting. Whilst, the visions of the mountains follow you throughout the home, the misty breeze guarantees to be a breath of fresh air, literally. The indoor spaces are distinctly furnished, with each bedroom emanating a different aura, and with cosy nooks spread throughout the homes. The outdoors are serene, boasting a manicured, elevated garden adorned with cosy seating arrangements, perfect for an evening spent out. Bring along a book to read uninterrupted, amidst the hills, or simply unwind around the crackling bonfire. Leave behind all your everyday woes, as you disconnect, embrace and reconnect with yourself, nature and your loved ones.

- Barbecue kit, bonfire
- Secured parking space for up to 5 cars

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, heater, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, TV and an ensuite bathroom.
- All bedrooms open up to the private balconies that are furnished with comfortable seating arrangements and overlook the gorgeous valleys. 
- Both bedrooms on the first floor offer an AC.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Enter through the home, and welcome well-furnished indoor spaces that overlook the gorgeous mountainscapes. 
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor, boasting plush seating arrangements for up to 7 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a heater and Wi-Fi. 
- It seamlessly leads to the dining area which is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 
- The exteriors of the villa boast a private manicured garden, ideal for soothing long walks. 
- There is a common landscaped garden as well. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. The associated chef charges for the same will be Rs. 2500 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. 

GUEST ACCESS
There are 2 villas on the premises, guests have access to both of them except for the kitchens. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising a blissful getaway amidst soaring mountains, plunging valleys and lush greenery, Bird’s Eye View offers absolutely breathtaking views of the surroundings. Within the property, guests can start their day with a brisk morning walk engulfed in refreshing air, along with the sweet birdsongs acting as the perfect soundscapes. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards and ludo. Relish a piping hot barbecue meal and snuggle around the bonfire. Embrace the beauty around and go home relaxed and rejuvenated.

- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. 
- The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Kindly note that the elevator is only accessible to senior citizens. 
- Kindly note, that one of the lawns is shared amongst the villas and is common. 
- The location of the villa is secluded. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, only pets up to 5 kgs. are allowed. Guests are requested to clean after their pets. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few plug points and lights for up to 4 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
