The villa is situated rite next to His Holiness' " The Dalai Lama" temple. We work on a concept of giving our customers a Home Away From Home experience. The villa is equipped with all the luxuries one would need to have a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located rite next to His Holiness, “The Dalai Lama” temple. The apartment is in a boutique villa situated within the Kora Round of the Namgyal Monastery and you will find monks chanting and walking past the villa on the kora round all day long. The villa has a fantastic view of the entire Kangra Valley as there is nothing constructed in front of it. The sun sets are a sight to die for. Sit back and enjoy the mesmerising views of the valley and the Himalaya’s with a glass of Sangria or a chilled beer and soak in the peace and tranquility of nature in its truest form.

All the rooms of the apartment are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, electric kettle, king size bed, electric heaters and 24 hour hot and cold water facility. All 3 rooms have there own independent attached toilets and bath area’s. There is another toilet in the living area as well. So in total the apartment has 4 toilets making it suitable for more than 6 adults as well if you are planning to come in a bigger group. We can also provide with extra beds if you are more than 6 adults for an extra charge. We also provide all meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) at a nominal extra cost if not included in your package.

If you fancy a small Bon Fire or are craving for some grilled BBQ food, we can arrange it for you all for an extra cost. There will be a caretaker and a chef who will be there to help you with the housekeeping and preparing your meals if you would like to eat at the villa itself. The meals prepared by the chef will be chargeable as per the ale carte menu. The Villa has one of the best views of the Himalaya’s and the Majestic Kangra valley in the whole of Mcleodganj. Do make it a point to experience the sunsets as they not to be missed.

Guests will have independent access to one entire floor of the villa which comprises of 3 rooms and a living area. Guests can also use the villa gardens.

Kitchen is not accessible to the guests.

At the apartment there will be 2 caretakers to always take care of all your needs as well. These caretakers will be responsible for house keeping (free) and providing home cooked food (chargeable) if you require so.

The Villa is situated rite next to the Dalai Lama monastery and is at a walking distance of 700 meters from the main Mcleodganj market area. The Dalai Lama temple is the most sacred place in Mcleodganj where His Holiness the Dalai Lama gives his teachings. The Villa is situated in a peaceful environment away from the hustle bustle of the main town but at the same time has a very close proximity to the market area. Its a 10-12 min walk to the Mcleodganj main square. The Villa is build on top of the mountain which overlooks the entire Kangra valley. The sunsets are a must watch from the Villa’s courtyard. There are a lot of nice cafes, shops & restaurants nearby to the Villa. We believe in providing all our customers with a home away from home experience.

Cabs are easily available to go anywhere from the Villa. All the major tourist destinations are pretty close by. If need to get a cab arranged for you then just let us know and we would be more than happy to assist you in getting one. If you want to visit the Mcleodganj market area then you really do not need a cab to do so as the market is just 700 meters away from the villa. It’s just a 10-12 mins walk from the villa. The Dalai Lama monastery is just 7-10 min walk from the villa. We share a wall with the temple. The villa is situated in a very centralised location and getting to all the tourist destinations is extremely easy.

The studio apartment has inverter battery power back up so you do not need to worry about power cuts.

Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
