Stroll into town & explore some local bakeries of South Goa and take your time – things move a little more slowly here. When you want to speed things up, head to Colva beach market. See the sights, sip beers & cocktails in bustling shacks, and dine in aesthetic eateries.

The Space:
BEDROOMS
- Dotted with vintage Portuguese architecture, Casa Vita is captivating in the most alluring manner.
- The four bedrooms, all set on the ground floor of this magnificent home, overlook the enchanting garden.
- Walk through the mystic hallways and step foot into these bedrooms and you will instantly feel at home.
- Offering a queen-sized bed in 3 of the rooms and a single bed in 1 room, the rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom and a separate workstation/seating area for the guests to ensure a comfortable stay in the room.
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms at the property.
- Built in a European style, all the bathrooms are in the common area.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- As you drive in through the quaint lanes of Velsao to Casa Vita, you will be welcomed into what one can only call a euphoric Portuguese dreamhouse.
- Walk up the captivating entrance and walk into the living rooms that seat up to 8 and 4 people respectively.
- Both these living areas are air-conditioned and are brimming with alluring art pieces to embrace.
- Guests can look around the aesthetic architectural elements of the house or sit by the TV room and watch their favourite cinematic hits.
- There is an air-conditioned dining area that can seat up to 8 people at once.
- To top it all off, the home is also blessed with a relaxing pool, 19 ft. x 11 ft. in size with a 4 ft. depth.
- There is ample greenery all around this house. The traditional open plan of this Portuguese home allows loads of sunlight into each corner at all times.
- Most afternoons, you will find yourself with a hot cup of coffee in your hand, walking to the garden to have a barefoot breakfast by the grass and greens; looking like something out of a romantic 80s novel.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. However, in case of any kitchen related assistance, guests may reach out to the caretaker.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and an electric kettle.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- An authentic seafood meal can be prepared by the in-house cook, on request, at an additional cost.
- For other meals, guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the blissful garden and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire or enjoy a scrumptious barbecue by the pool, after a calming swim.
ADD-ON SERVICES

- A bonfire can be lit up at no additional cost.
- Guests can access the bar area at no additional cost.
- Washing machine can be at no additional cost.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There’s a friendly resident dog present at the property.
- Please note that the location of this villa is secluded.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows once it’s dark during monsoon. Given the presence of greenery around, it is prone to insects or bugs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

- Please note that there is no Wi-Fi at the property. However, all mobile networks work fairly well here.
