Apartments consist of 2 Bedrooms with a Single washroom suitable for 4 people.
This Aesthetic design apartment on the 1st-floor (NO LIFT) apartment is just 2km from Uddo Beach very lovely for an evening walk.
AMENITIES:--
1) In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find a refrigerator, Gas stove, microwave, and basic cooking utensils, but we do not provide any consumables like salt, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
Guest have to buy Groceries- There is a supermarket just opposite the building.
2) This fully air-conditioned home is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay.
3) You'll enjoy high-speed internet access, a Smart TV for your entertainment needs, and the convenience of an inverter/power backup system.
4) For your laundry needs, a washing machine is also provided, guests have to buy detergent etc.
5) Parking- Our society has allocated parking spaces directly outside the building’s gate, as parking within the premises is prohibited.
6) The tastefully designed living room is complemented by an adjoining balcony
7) Guest need to carry their shampoo, body wash and moisture etc.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, Terrace, and all outdoor areas.
