Situated just south of Calangute Beach, Candolim is a popular tourist destination. Less congested and better planned than other Goan beaches, Candolim Beach is one of the longest beaches in the state. A calm and relaxed setting makes it one of the best places to explore, if you want to have an immersive Goan experience. Lined with popular shacks, on one end is Fort Aguada, and at the other end, it converges with Calangute Beach. It is a part of the Goan trio of Baga, Calangute and Candolim beaches, where all the happening parties take place.
This superbly-located suite is in downtown Candolim, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Candolim Beach Road (just 200 metres away). It is a melting pot of eclectic and lively restaurants, bars, clubs, spas, parlours, shops, shacks and supermarkets! ATMs, banks, money changers, internet cafes, laundry shops, pharmacies, and Candolim's 2 biggest supermarkets (Newtons and Delfino's - just a 3 minutes walk from the complex), are all a stone’s throw away!

Located at just a short walk away from the apartment complex, Fisherman’s Cove enjoys a strong reputation for its seafood and Indian fare. It regularly showcases live music and has a good bar area too!
- Calamari | 1.8 km | 6 minutes by car
Located only a few metres away from the ocean on Dando Beach, Candolim, Calamari offers a beautiful beach setting for all its guests. Known for their live gigs and ability to host a wide range of events, their food menu is hugely varied - providing many options to choose from!

Revel in the joy of convenience in Goa (which is usually such a rarity), with not one, but TWO supermarkets located not more than 350 metres away, to cater to all your household requirements! Sharpen your culinary skills, if you decide to stay in and whip up something by yourself!
The best way to travel around Goa is to use your personal vehicles, or hire self-driven cars, bikes or scooters. Free parking is available inside the building complex. Alternatively, this centrally-located home is also easily accessible to public transport, including local buses and cabs.
Breakfast is not included - however, a kitchen is provided where you can make or reheat all your meals. Alternatively, you can download the "Zomato" and "Swiggy" apps on your phone and get food delivered right at your doorstep.
There are 2 supermarkets, not more than 300 metres away - where you can source groceries, cooking supplies and other household items. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. International travellers, volunteers, couples and single women travellers - are all welcome.
