Casa Amarela is a portuguese styled luxury villa and combines the comforts of a home with luxury of a hotel. It's centrally located in a safe neighbourhood. it's just 20 minutes away from Calangute/Baga/Candolim Beach and 5 minutes away from Goa's biggest mall, Mall de Goa and capital, Panjim. Our 4 BHK villa is located by the main Highway in Penha de Franca, Porvorim. It will give you equal access to all the major places in North Goa such as Panjim, Calangute, Baga, Mapusa etc which are approx. 6-8kms away. The villa has 4 bedrooms; 1 is on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the first floor. All bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, cupboards and an attached bathroom with European style commode with geyser. All the bedrooms on the 1st floor have spacious balconies. The living area has 3 sofa sets and 5 center tables. The dining area has a 8 seater dining table. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pan, crockery and cutlery. You will find the house to be very spacious. Guests will have access to the full villa and the parking space except for the caretaker's quarters. Some wardrobes house our personal belonging and will be kept locked. Rest assured that the wardrobes provided will be sufficient. We will be in touch with you throughout your stay. Located on the outskirts of Porvorim, the up and coming town in Goa. Yellow Submarine is in the perfect location, away from the hustle bustle of the city yet very close to it. It is surrounded by beautiful parks in the vicinity and a 5 minute drive takes you to the core of Porvorim, where you can get whatever you want. Bus Stop is right around the corner and is only one stop away from the Panjim Bus Stand. Parking is available inside the villa and fits 2-3 cars. There is space for additional cars just outside the villa. Contact host if more than 16 people plan to stay
