There are two levels to this modern villa with attached balconies on both levels and ample sunlight, surrounded by lush greenery and coconut trees.

Bedrooms:
- The Villa has 3 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms.
- All rooms have king-size beds.
- A wardrobe or storage is available in all the bedrooms.
- All bedrooms have their balconies and outdoor seating area

Bathrooms:
- The villa has three full bathrooms (one for every room)
- All bathrooms have water heaters and cabin shower areas.
- Toiletries are provided along with Bath towels and hand towels in every bathroom.
- Beach towels are provided separately.

Living room 1:
- A six-seater beautiful dining table.
- A plush five-seater sofa , and a modern armchair.
- Gorgeous Bar / Kitchen counter with bar stools.
- The living room is fully air-conditioned.
- It has a patio/ backyard with lush greenery.

Kitchen:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a kettle, microwave, blender, refrigerator, gas stove, and toaster.
- The kitchen is attached to the living room with a bar/ kitchen counter.
- All the basic cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen. Adequate crockery, cutlery, glasses, and mugs are provided. The Kitchen amenities are provided in a way to make you feel at home.
- Dishwashing utilities are included too.
- A front-load washing machine and Dryer are provided in the kitchen for the guests too.

The Residential Area
- A swimming pool is located in the common area of the community.

This villa is part of a gated complex with a few more villas. Guests will have access to the entire villa, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space.
A caretaker will be there to help you check in and guests need to provide the IDs of all the members traveling.
There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property.
This Villa is located in a prime location in Assagaon, surrounded by famous restaurants like Tamil Table, Vinayak, Jamun, Jackfruit, and Gun Powder. The markets and beaches are within the range of 5 kms.
There is a dedicated parking spot for the guests and the location is very easy to find.
