The well decorated charming villa has no limitation of indoor and outdoor private spaces. The villa is airy with lots of cross ventilation. Fully equipped kitchen, if you wish to test your culinary skills with Goan cuisine. Two spacious family rooms and spacious patios to relax with your family/friends. You can take a dip into the serene and well maintained private pool. The bedrooms are well furnished with high quality solid wood furnitures and cozy comfortable mattresses and linen.
The Villa is located in a quiet village neighborhood at the foothills of Assagao hill. Waking up by natural morning rooster crowing is common and you happen to see Peacocks and few wilderness, when you take a walk around the fields and forests in Assagao. One may get to see beautiful Portuguese styled homes around Assagao.
The world famous Vagator beach is around 4.5km(3miles), and Anjuna beach is around 6km(4miles). Popular beaches Morjim and Ashwem are about 20 min drive. Well known Goan eateries like 'Soro' , 'Anand' and 'Vinayak' are at walking distance. The nearest city, Mapusa is around 8km and the State capital Panaji is about 40min drive. The Chapora fort is around 4km away.
Unlike any other listings, we provide daily housekeeping of the Villa. The housekeeper would clean the house between 9am to 2pm. The linen is changed once every-week for longer stays. Cook and Cab/Scooter rental contacts will be provided on request.
