This is a Spacious, Modern, Luxurious, Comfortable, Cozy apartment perfect for staycation/vacation. Set in a serene environment , surrounded by greenery, coconut tree lines, paddy fields and nature all around this space Wake up to bird songs in morning and sunset views from your rooms in the evening. Lounge with your breakfast or tea/coffee in large attached galleries with a spacious coffee table in the patio. Perfect for groups, Couples or family. Sleeps max 6 ( 2 bedrooms with double beds + 2 mattresses can be provided to accommodate 6 guests max in total).

Main hall has free Wifi internet with inverter backup with fast fiber optic connection throughout the apartment. 42 inch 4K Android TV in hall. Fast wifi internet with strong connection throughout the apartment for guests.
You can use the dining room or the patio area as workspace with your laptop and work from anywhere in the house as you feel comfortable. The patio area is also surrounded by beautiful murals (wall paintings) depicting few of the many Goan cultural and heritage aspects. Additionally, you will also see portraits (wall paintings) of the hosts awaiting your welcome :)
LIVING ROOM / MAIN HALL :
The hall also has a huge Sofa. There is a big balcony with an unobstructed paddy fields view with a big coffee table to enjoy your smoke or tea break as you enjoy the green scenery around the property. Hall has an AC. We also have 43 inch 4K Android TV in the living room with OTT platforms such as Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video etc (pls note: username/ password will not be shared) and also a large 15 bulbs chandelier with warm lights. The main hall also boasts of some wonderful books to read and board games to play. The hall is also decorated with beautiful colourful flowers , a 3D jigsaw puzzle world map which adorn the look of the hall. (Please take care of these things as your own and do not break or misuse it).
You also get a dining table in hall with 6 chairs to enjoy your meal inside
BREAKFAST/DINNER/MEALS :
When you plan to eat in house , you can order and enjoy the most delicious hot breakfast and meals from popular outlets in Colva/ Madgaon easily from swiggy or zomato. They regularly service to the property.
BEDROOM :
The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with a vanity mirror with an attached bathroom. AC in all bedrooms. We also have 40 inch 4K Android TV in the master bedroom with OTT platforms such as Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video etc (pls note: username/ password will not be shared). No TATA Sky / cable TV available.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and has a bathroom adjacent to it.
Both the bedrooms have beautiful green fields and coconut tree-line view and awesome breeze througho
