The living area opens out onto a balcony in front and the master bedroom opens out into a large covered sit-out at the back. The living area can accomodate two additional people on floor beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, tea/coffe maker , a fridge, cooking utensils and dining crockery. Bed linen, pillows, duvet’s, bath towel etc provided for the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an almirah with a dressing mirror. The other bedroom also has an almirah. The kitchen has a storage space area with an inverter power back up, a water purifier and washing machine.
The apartment has split aircon in both the bedrooms and the living/dining area. Hot water geysers are fitted in both bathrooms. TV and wifi available. Mobile Hotspot can be arranged on demand.
Parking is free and easily available in front and behind the apartment block.
