This is a beautifully decorated 2BHK with spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen size bed with high quality mattresses and linens for a good night sleep. It also features plenty of storage space for your belongings. The apartment also features two modern bathrooms equipped with modern fitments, one attached to the bedroom and another one is in the living room. The living are has 2 comfortable sofas and one of that can be doubled up as a a bed during night. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern and perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the beautiful views of the surrounding area. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and cool breeze. Guests get free access to the common swimming pool available throughout the year. Da Aloha's Goa representative will also be there to assist. Please note that this home has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. 2.) Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area or any other common open areas. In such cases, the society management will charge 5000 rupees as penalty, the smoking is only possible in the patio / balcony of the apartment. 3.) All Da Alohas properties are duly cleaned and sanitized before arrival of every guest. 4.) Roadside parking is available to guests however the parking is subject to availability. 5.) Housekeeping / Cleaning services are provided once everyday between 10 am to 4 pm however you can always make a request and we will try to send our professional cleaning team on best effort basis. 6.) To ensure the safety and security of our property, a small refundable security deposit of 3000 Rupees will be required for any damages that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided no damages are found or reported. 7.)
