We respect your privacy but are a phone call or message away, if you need us! Our property is independent of the resort and we have a dedicated private property manager assigned to you throughout your stay should you need any assistance! The Flat is located on one of the most Vibrant streets of Calangute and is close to all Restaurants, Super markets, Coffee Shops, Spa, Beaches etc You can Rent a Scooter on Daily basis, book a Cab online on Goa Miles which is similar to the Ola/Uber or book a local cab driver -Cleaning happens every alternate day, ideally in guests presence, we urge guests to wash the utensils after they use them. -For check-in/check-out after 8 PM and Before 9 AM, there will be a convenience fee of 500 rupees subject to availability. This amount goes towards compensating the caretaker to travel from his place for checking in/out guests n return and off-working efforts. -The flat is on the ground floor and newly renovated -We do not allow visitors. Only the people staying get entry into the building. -Please adhere to the Check out timings, it allows us enough time to clean & sanitize the apartment for the next guest. -Usag
