Our home is a premium 3 BHK villa with a shared swimming pool situated in Arpora, North Goa. The famous Baga beach is 3 km, and Anjuna beach is 4.5 km from our space. The listing is located in a gated & secured complex in Arpora, North Goa. It is a 3 BHK villa with well spread spaces, decked and furnished to host a large family or group for a vacation. It has three furnished bedrooms, two of which on the top floor has ensuite washrooms while third one located on the ground floor has its washroom located right outside the bedroom. The listing has a fully serviced kitchen - equipped with appliances, utensils & cutleries for a family to comfortably prepare an entire course of meals for the day. Our home is a workation friendly place, with access to a high speed internet connection good enough for professionals to work remotely & engage in video meetings. The listing is pet friendly and we would love to host the pets at our home. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the guests to handle the cleanliness & hygiene aspect in their regard, and follow the pet rules mentioned in the House Rules section of the listing. The listing - a 3 BHK villa is part of a community of villas located in a secure complex. The villa in its entirety is private to the guests and won't be shared by anyone outside of those mentioned in the (URL HIDDEN) The outdoor spaces in the complex is shared by all the residents & guests boarding in the other villas & apartments in the complex. The space has a large well-maintained swimming pool whose access is shared by all the guests & tenants in the complex. The pool is accessible from 9 AM to 6 PM. It is the responsibility of the guests to maintain decorum in & by the pool side and adhere to all the rules as mentioned in the House Rules section of the listing. **Housekeeping & Cleaning** We have a caretaker assigned to the listing who comes for daily housekeeping & cleaning work - and is available in the window of 9 AM to 6 PM. **Chef on-Call** We also provide chef-on-call services. In the event of requirement, we would be sharing the contact details of the concerned team with whom you may share your requirements and schedule the services. **Taxi & Vehicle Rentals** For those who are willing to avail taxi services to & from the airport or railway station, or those looking to hire two wheelers & four wheelers during your stay, we would be glad to provide you with the contact details of reliable personnel for the same.
