My Flat is fully furnished & super loaded with all Electronics, Appliances & Furniture. 300 Mbps Wifi, fully functional and well-equipped kitchen, Refrigerator and 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart Android LED TV with built-in Sound Bar, Air conditioning in the room. The apartment is perfect for a couple, friends or single who are looking for a perfect vacation or a working staycation.
The living space :
Study corner has a big Antique Restored Rose wood study table which can be opened for a laptop or for reading and writing purpose with a table lamp. The living area offers a beautiful & bright comfortable 2 single sheesham Antique Chairs to watch ur favourite film on Netflix
Balcony Space:
Absolutely nothing in between You and the beautiful Green Arpora Hills.
A big spacious balcony with chairs and a table to sip ur favourites, with 24 hours of birds chirping sound and guaranteed view of Peacocks and kingfisher birds.
Kitchen:
The kitchen comes with a Microwave Oven, Water purifier, refrigerator, microwave, Electric Kettle & Induction. Dinner set, glassware and everything one might possibly need in a kitchen.
Bedroom Space:
Beautiful Antique Poster Bed with a 10" German Mattress is the most comfortable you have been in, the size of the bed is to make sure both of you are closest..., A Rose wood Antique Wardrobe for your luggage & Wooden hangers. Good Night-Sleep well! ??

Private shared Parking:
Four wheelers - The parking is available on first come first server for guests, there are few spots dedicated for guests.
Two wheelers - Two wheelers can be parked all the time.

Smoking:
Strictly no smoking indoors plz, if found smoking inside a fee of Rs 1500 will be charged as cleaning and purification charges. Please use the balcony which have equipped with Ashtrays
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping will occur on every alternate day of your stay, Hey! but we are still a phone call away if you need anything!
Linen and towel change :
Mother earth is looking at us! To contribute to sustainability, linen and towel change will happen after every 3 nights. Your cooperation will go a long way in this little effort of ours.
Food:
Did we tell you we had a full stocked kitchen! If not, plenty of eateries near by. Zomato and Swiggy have excellent coverage in case you want to order in.

Our apartment is in high demand and we follow a strict check in and check out procedure in terms of timings, we hope you will understand & cooperate. We like to give every guest a hassle free experience.
