There are two floors , the property which is listed is on the first floor ,
The listed property has total of 4 rooms and 3 balconies
2 bedroom , 1 bathroom with provision for hot and cold water and a tub . 1 kitchen with all the facilities available for cooking .
There are even 3 huge balcony attached to this property where you can relax .
As a bonus , early morning the birds in the area tend to knock on your door/window to wake you up and you can see them real close.
We also have a large parking space to park your vehicle/ car if you are traveling with one .
Our property is located just 5-7 minutes walking distance to the beach .
We also have a supermarket just 2 minutes walking distance and Even a horticulture where you can get your fresh produce of vegetables/fruits
Our vicinity is surrounded by around five , 5 star hotels like Zuri white sand resort , Clubmahindra , etc .
