This Studio Beach Front unit is located on the quiet Beach of Talpona near the Deepiksha Restaurant in the area of Canacona just a short drive from the beaches of Galgibag & Palolem.
This Beach getaway comes with a Queen sized bed, Sofa , Bathroom, Kitchenette, WIFI, A/C and a lovely sit out on the beach with Beach beds and seating. It is good enough for three people and perfect for Two people looking for the extra space on their beach holiday. Housekeeping will be done every alternate day.
"Situated on the Talpona Beach which is famous for being a Turtle nesting spot just 5 mins from Galgibag and 12 mins from Palolem Beach, this Beachside unit is located just off the highway right on the Beach.
The Parking is shared with the Deepiksha Restaurant and has enough space for 3 cars and then there is Street parking for more.
The Unit has a Queen Bed, Sofa, Kitchenette, in addition to WIFI and a TV
which makes it perfect for Friends and family looking for a quiet getaway. The sit out o the beach boasts of outdoor furniture and beach beds and is where most of our guests spend their time
The Deepiksha Restaurant staff will be on hand to take care of your meals and the housekeeper will be over every alternate day and sheets will be changed every third day.
The Caretaker Deepak who also owns the property will help with everything from Rentals to Taxi services and anything else. "
The Parking area is shared with the restaurant. Once you enter your unit none of the facilities are shared with any other guests. Any washing can be handled by the caretaker.
The Beaches of Palolem, Patnem, Colomb and Rajbagh and between 8 to 12 minutes drive away and the beach of Galgibag is just 3 minutes drive.
The Nearest town is Chaudi has number of supermarkets, stores Hospitals and Clinics.
The beach itself has no watersports as it is a turtle nesting spot but kayaking and boating trips can be enjoyed on the river next door.
If you are coming via Bus or Train, I assume you will dismount at Margao Station. From there you can catch a Bus to Canacona station and from there to Talpona you can catch a rickshaw to come. Alternatively, you can catch a Taxi from Margao to Talpona directly. If coming Via the airport , best to catch a taxi and we are just off the highway.
The Highway is very close and the caretaker will arrange for Rentals if required.
"The unit is located within the premises of the Deepiksha restaurant that serves food from 10am to 10pm. Any loud music needs to be controlled after the time of 9pm.
We keep a unit of Tattwa Prestige filter for Drinking water that filters Tap water into drinking water with little or no wastage without electricity. Alternatively if you want Bisleri - that will be an additional charge of Rs. 120 per bottle.
House keeping will be every alternate day. If you need daily housekeeping it will be an additional charge of Rs. 250 per day which will go directly to the cleaner.
Please be careful with the place and any damages will be charged accordingly. This is a quiet village so if you choose to stay up late please be conscious of the neighbors and limit noise. Please try and keep the place as clean as possible and smoking to be done only outside with cigarette remains to be disposed off in the trash. "
