The Space:
BEDROOMS
- This duplex apartment houses 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the upper level and 2 on the lower level.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe and attached bathrooms.
- 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other 2 have a king-sized bed.
- One of the bedrooms on the lower level opens up to an attached balcony overlooking towering palms.
BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- The duplex apartment opens up to a spacious living room on the upper level, with plush seating arrangements for up to 7 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a TV, wired music system, AC, Wi-Fi and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The air-conditioned dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 6 people.
- The exteriors of the home boast a private swimming pool, 15.8x7.8 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 8 PM.
- Guests can take a leisurely stroll in the society garden, on the premises of the same property.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
FOOD
- Guests can eat-out or order in from nearby restaurants.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire duplex apartment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
