Welcome to our sunny, spacious 1BHK apartment with its own private terrace (balcao is Goan for an open area in a home). The fully-furnished space is comfortable for upto 4 people, in a centrally-located building in Calangute. The building has a shared pool and unreserved parking space for two-wheelers. The beach and a lively market with department stores, restaurants, bars and shops are a 10-minute walk away. MOPA airport is a 45 minute drive, Dabolim airport is 55 mins. Our place is ideal for a relaxed holiday in the heart of North Goa!
The apartment has 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom; a living room with a second bathroom, and a kitchen complete with cooking and dining facilities. Decorated in a romantic bohemian style, the property is ideal for couples or small families, and can comfortably sleep upto 4 people.
There is a common pool available to use for free for our guests in the premises. We provide pool towels for this purpose.

NOTE: There is free and unreserved parking outside our property that is best suited for two-wheelers. Car owners can attempt parking here or opt for a paid parking spot located at 200 mtrs distance from the property. Please ask the building guard or our manager for details about this. We can connect you with bike and car rental services, if required.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
