Our cozy 2bhk is the right size for a family, friends and couples. The society complex has a common pool, private balcony, 24/7 security and daily housekeeping services. Our apartment is situated in a peaceful colony called ‘Aldie de Portuguese’ right next to JW Marriot. The apartment has an inverter for the frequent power cuts in Goa (no genset).
AMENITIES
• WIFI available in all the rooms
• A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans.
• The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry.
• A living room with flat screen TV & a 5 seater couch set
• 2 bedrooms. They have comfortable double size beds with luxurious linen and a large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes.
• 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries.
• A balcony area with 4 chairs and a table, perfect to enjoy the outdoor area. This is the area where you can smoke.
• An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights, 2 charging points and the WIFI in case of power outage for 2 to 3h (no GENSET)
• The apartment also has extras like a clothes’ drying stand and an iron with ironing board.
HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels, Dental kits, shaving kits and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. 24/7 security is available.
Guest access:
• You can enjoy our common area facilities like the pool
• We have free parking available outside the property (first come, first served basis)
Guest safety
• Exterior security camera is present
• Fire extinguisher is available
• First aid kit is provided in the house
