PROPERTY RULES
1. Every room has a different Balcony view.
2. Host will not be available post 11 pm to attend calls or messages.
3. Only 2 complimentary water bottles will be provided except rooms with a RO.
4. Please do inform before checking out.
5. Please switch off the AC and lights before leaving the apartment. SAVE ENERGY.
6. Hair dryer and Iron will be provided on request (10 am to 6 pm)
7. Maximum occupancy is 2 paxs only. Outside guests are not allowed at any time.
8. Its a couple friendly property and unmarried couples are allowed.
9. Delivery boys and other vendors are not allowed by the mall management so you will have to collect your package near the elevators of ground floor.
10. Any property damage like non removable stains on bedsheets, sofa, carpet, etc by the guest will be charged.
★ We've many similar category apartments in this building. We assign them randomly, depending on when guests check-in, because there's almost no difference between them.
★ Otherwise, we might have to keep the check-in time at 1pm and checkout time at 11am so we can get all the rooms ready by the check-in time. That'd make it very inconvenient for everybody.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
