This is a studio apartment with a king sized bed and an additional mattress. We provide additional mattress if you book for more than 2 guests. The property has a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
You have access to the entire apartment. You will have access to a single parking spot as well.

We have inverter power backup in the property. In case of powercuts, AC, water heater, induction stove, lift etc will not work. Fans, lights, Wifi, TV etc will work. The powercuts in this area is very rare, but please be mindful of this when (URL HIDDEN)
This is a peaceful community, and we kindly request all guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
Please keep all the trash in the provided bins. Also make sure to segregate wet and dry wastes and dump it in the respective bins provided.
We will need the ID proofs of all the guests who are adults before checking in.
Electricity charges would be additional for monthly bookings and must be paid at the time of checkout. This would be calculated based on the meter readings and the rates by Kerala State Electricity Board's per unit charges.
