Just 3 hours from Mumbai, this 5-acre private estate greets you with an azure pool that overlooks the picturesque lake, glistening with the hues of the sky. Look further and you’ll find yourself mesmerised by a stunning farm landscape, dotted with fruit orchards and a verdant lawn. Comfortably blending the classic and modern, the escape opens to two individualistic premises with high ceilings, intricate interiors and statuesque decor. Adorned with traditional architecture and designs, the first premise comprises: 4 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) Living room Kitchen Dining area Sprawling, open verandah Sit-out on the first floor Charmed with contemporary furnishings and earthy hues, the second premise includes: Living space Playroom equipped with table tennis, pool and carrom 2 spacious bedroom structures (with ensuite bathrooms), 2 fully furnished bathrooms Massage room The house can host up to 18 guests Drift off to sleep to the subtle sounds of nature and wake up to the soft sunshine peeking through the french windows, with peace and serenity all around you. After work, unwind in the 6-seater open jacuzzi or head out to the private pool for a swim. You will be pampered to a scrumptious farm-to-table experience as the caretaker lays a delectable spread that caters to your cravings. The lawns are perfect for lounging around a bonfire, a game of cricket, volleyball, or badminton to catch up on. Enjoy a game of basketball on the half court or huddle up indoors and plug into the music system playing your favorite songs. Your needs and comfort are of the utmost importance to us, to make your stay as smooth and unforgettable as possible. From the moment you grace us with your presence to the day you say goodbye, our full-time property supervisor will take care of everything you need. The villa is perfect for a group of 3-4 families looking for a weekend getaway or reunion. Guests can access all spaces except the kitchen. Please note: Access to the lake is strictly prohibited. Guests are advised not to open the gate. Our caretaker will be available to welcome the guests and ensure they have a comfortable stay. Although there's plenty of activities in the home to keep you occupied, you can visit the city of Ranwara, 30-kms from the home for purchases. You can also plan a trek to Kusur along the picturesque trails. Upto 7 cars can be parked on site. Work calls? Virtual meetings? Don’t fret! Enjoy the strong, complimentary WiFi throughout the house. Let your creative juices flow as you catch some fresh air on the 14ft Meal Policy- Local authentic meals are provided by the caretaker on demand. The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times. We offer healthy home-cooked meals prepared at additional charge. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. Meals include Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast. We only serve Veg meals at the villa. Jain and Veg Meals are priced at INR 2000+GST per day, per adult (12 years & above) and INR 1200+GST per day, per child (6 - 11 years). If you wish to book lesser number of rooms on weekday, kindly contact the host.
