Living Room:
– A spacious living area is located on the ground floor.
- It’s air conditioned as well as well ventilated and airy with three big windows.
– 55” LED smart TV with DTH connection.
– Living room has direct access to Swimming pool and deck area
Bedrooms:
– The villa has 3 AC bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
- One bedroom on the ground floor (where elederly people can stay) and two on first floor.
- The balconies on first floor bedrooms overlooking the Bhimashankar mountains range and a vast green land is a perfect place to have tea while witnessing the gorgeous sunset. Enjoy the Kothaligad Fort and windmills view from other side of the bedrooms.
2 bedrooms have king bed and one has queen size bed
- Single Extra mattress can be arranged in all bedrooms as per requirement.
– Wardrobes, fresh linens, and pillows are provided in all rooms.
Bathrooms:
– The villa has 3 private bathrooms in each bedroom.
– All bathrooms are modern and have hot water supply. Towels and
Basic toiletries will also be provided.
Kitchen & Meals:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, convection oven, Electric Kettle, Toaster and crockery.
Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However Cooking food is not allowed
For meal package – Locally sourced home cooked food (Veg & Non veg) will be available at additional charges.
The food package includes Lunch, Evening tea & snacks, dinner, and breakfast.
– The meals will be prepared at the farmhouse, in an outdoor kitchen, and served fresh at outdoor dining area.
Pool:
– The villa has a private swimming pool which can be accessed from Living room as well as from Kitchen.
– Pool size: 24ft x 18ft with a depth of 4 - 4.5ft, and can easily accommodate 10-12 people.
Guests can access the entire farm as it is solely with them for the duration of the stay.
A caretaker will be available at the property all the time during guest's stay and I will be available on call whenever you need during your stay.

1. Barbeque will be available at additional charges
2. In case of electricity disruption, we have an inverter which provides 8-10 hours of backup (excluding AC and Gyser).
3. Diesel generator can be used only in case of emergency due to electricity disruption for longer time. It will be operational for maximum upto 4 hrs in a day without any charges.
For additional usage Rs.600 per hour will be charged.
4. The villa is surrounded with number of trees, thus guests are advised to stay cautious and close the windows after sunset to avoid any wild insects or bugs, specially during monsoon season.
5. Vodafone network does not work here however Airtel and Jio has good connectivity.
6. Guests can stay connected with complementary WIFI. A dongle will be provided as there is no fiber internet connection available in the vicinity. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
