The space
A spacious bright home, Maiyaan by Where Nxt is a fully furnished Suite (1 living room (sofa cum bed) , Hidden Bedroom located in a village near the mountains in Karjat

The Suite is in a resort complex at Holiday Maiyaan Cloud Residences. It is where the road ends and you will find the village of Dhamni.
The mobile network is sparse unless you have a Jio connection, However we have ensured to give you the choice to stay connected (Wifi) to the world if you still need to :).

Terracotta (closed on Tuesday) is the resort's in-house restaurant that serves a basic menu of meals and snacks. Since the food is prepared only after order, the wait time is about 45-60'. The restaurant charges a delivery fee for every order. I recommend ordering the Indian food from the menu. Our caretaker will also help out with restaurant services outside the complex area. We recommend carrying snacks or ready-to-eat meals and pre-ordering the meals.
Vicinity:
You are near the mountain range and after the last village on the route :D.
The nearest villages are 15-20m (Kothimbe/ Kashele) away to get to a grocery store. Restaurants are ~30m away, therefore please plan for your meals considering distances and time.
You are in the midst of nature, the evenings will attract insects if you leave the windows open.
There may be instances of power cuts, we have the inverter for light, fan & TV and fridge only.
You will have full access to the common swimming pool, the game room, and the open badminton court.
The resort
The free parking is closer to the suite, you will have to walk up to the D1 building. The suite is located on the second floor

Smart lock. Code will be provided upon booking

Getting to the property:
The property can be reached via road and by train (Central Mumbai local)
It is approximately 80 km from Mumbai, 100 km from Pune, 50 km from Panvel, and 55 km from Kalyan, making it a convenient driving distance from the city.
If you travel via train, alight at Karjat station and come by rickshaw ( 3-wheeler) which is ~45min for the 25km and a fare of Rs 400-500/-

You can use the Suite as your base to spend some time sightseeing
Trek to Kothaligad ( Peth fort)
Solanpada Dam ~20min
ND Studio Film World ~45min
Bhivpuri Waterfall ( Monsoons) 45min
A river (Monsoon only)~ 5minsiting Karjat. From here, guests can make the most of all that the lively city has to offer. With its convenient location, the property offers easy access to Karjat’s must-see destinations.
