Our caretakers will ensure you have a pleasant stay. Relish delicious healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients by our chef. We recommend trying out our local chef's Malvani and Alibaug-style dishes. The villa is properly fenced. CCTV cameras are installed in the common areas only. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Bachelor groups stag parties are not allowed. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
