This listing is for the ground floor of a villa with a private entrance and garden area If you're looking for a cosy refuge, from the city, away from the crowds and the noise, yet, not too isolated... a comfortable distance from civilisation... a home away from home, read on... It's ideal for people looking for a break. A place you can come relax ...and just be. Our place is close to great views. It's got nice outdoors space and comfy beds. It's good for staycation, couples, small groups of friends catching up after a long time, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). The space We are located around 4.5 kms from Kodaikanal town... which is far by Kodai standards... but it's just the right distance to get all the things you might need. Hidden away from all the noise and touristy distractions, make it an ideal refuge from a city. Its better if you have your own transportation to get around here as cabs are very expensive, but on the other hand, if you just want to chill at the property, you can... Theres home cooked food available at the property and also a lot of peace, quiet, good views and a lot of walking paths around the property. Guest access The space includes the entire ground floor of the building in the picture. It contains three bed rooms with attached toilets, 2 balconies and a common lounge area. Guests also have unlimited access to a seating area outdoors and a circular bonfire pit; with secluded views of green hills 'n mist. Other things to note We have a nice space outdoors for a bon fire. However we charge an additional INR 1000 for the same to be arranged.
