This simple countryside home is concealed in a lovely layer of greenery and the rooftop allows panoramic sunset and sunrise views. It is a very comfortable place to relax and get away from the daily responsibilities and stress. With a panoramic view, lush garden, and plenty to explore around, you definitely be spending more time outside than indoors here. We have Jio wifi and AC in two rooms.

The Home:
• Living room has indoor seating for up to 15 guests
• Well equipped kitchen with cutlery and utensils for up to 15 guests
• Fridge, microwave, boiler, gas, full set of utensils is available
• Purified RO drinking water available
• 6 seater dinning table
• Full backup diesel generator available. All appliances run on generator in case of power failure.

Food arrangements:
• We provide complimentary breakfast of Pohe/Eggs and tea during checkout

• Maharashtrian thali style veg non-veg food is available from a village couple on prior order of 24 hrs before checkin.

• Home Delivery from Lavasa canteen with north Indian, Chinese, and jain options available with a 2 hrs notice.

• Kitchen can be used for self cooking at an additional charge of ₹1000 per day. You must bring your own ingredients.

Access road from Lavasa is excellent. You will have to pay entry fees at Lavasa for every car and bike.

Road from Panshet is suitable for guests coming from Pune and avoids Lavasa entry fees

Please note that our bungalow is surrounded by lush green forest and hence in some seasons there are mosquitoes and insects entering the villa. Even though we have put wire mesh nets on our windows to avoid the insects from entering inside the bungalow, it is advisable to carry mosquito repellent with yourself.

Only 2 bedrooms have Air conditioning. One room has an aircooler and living room has a desert cooler
Heavy Kitchen usage and cleaning charges are Rs. 1000 to be paid to caretaker in cash.(Basic usage like making tea free of cost)

The house being located in a rural area is bound to have electrical fluctuations. We have a diesel generator that support all appliances and lights in the house.
