* Odeon is a heritage vacation home designed using art-deco architecture, a design style popular in the 20's and 30's across cities like New York, Chicago, Paris, Moscow and Mumbai’s own iconic landmarks like Regal Cinema and residential buildings along Marine Drive.
*This 4-bedroom Pvt pool vacation home is spread across a 2-acre private tropical forest in Khandala, near Ryewood Park.
* The chic interiors, spacious lawn, and verandah in this private estate make it ideal for milestone occasions.
* Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a living room and games room on the ground floor and a large verandah on the first floor, overlooking the lush green lawns.
* The trained Caretaker, Cook and Housekeeping Staff will ensure that you enjoy a hassle-free stay and enjoy tasty home-cooked meals.
* Indulge in a game of table tennis or have a laid back evening on the swing on the sprawling verandah. If you want to step out, a walk through the 2-acre estate will take you through a canopy of tropical forested trees, terraced gardens and jamun and jackfruit trees.
Guests can access all indoor and outdoor spaces except the kitchen. We have an excellent cook at the villa and hence kitchen access is denied for all guests
Our caretaker will be available to welcome the guests and to ensure that they have a comfortable stay.
* The property is a retreat in itself. Our guests love to spend time lounging in the sun on the lawns, swim in the pool, and walk around the estate.
* The home is close to Lonavala's tourist spots including Cooper's and Sunil's Wax Museum.
From Pune airport take Bengaluru - Mumbai Highway. Get on the Tata Power Plant road. Turn left onto Tata Power Plant road. Pass by Velvet County Resort & Spa, Lonavala - Khandala on the right. Continue straight, you will reach the villa in 5 minutes.

* Meals are provided at an extra cost.
* We provide healthy home-cooked meals.
* We recommend you to try our chef's speciality in Maharashtran cuisines. *Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time.
* If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
* Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals.
* Barbecue charges: Veg are 650 for adults and Non-Veg are 750 for adults.
