The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 7 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
- All rooms offer king-sized beds, extra mattresses, AC, Wi-Fi, and wardrobes.
- Each room has an ensuite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- All rooms overlook the beautiful verdant garden.
BATHROOMS
- There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room on the ground floor. 
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor, complete with comfortable furnishings that can seat up to 7 people.
- It is equipped with an AC, a wired music system, Wi-Fi access, sofas, and a CCTV camera for security reasons.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can accommodate up to 8 people.
- The villa boasts a private covered terrace that offers stunning sights of the surroundings. It can seat up to 6 people.
- The house also consists of a game room in the open basement that is equipped with a selection of indoor games like foosball, table tennis & pool table.
- The property has its own home theatre system, where guests can catch up with their favourite rom-com or action thriller selections.
- There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn that can accommodate up to 15 people at any given time. 
- Guests can indulge in spending some quality time here while enjoying a delicious barbeque preparation.
KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen premises for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
