- The property has a large central open space with Children's play area, jogging track and beautifully landscaped garden
- Outdoor sitting arrangement is available for guests

Guests can access all areas of Unit No. 4 and common amenities like the Club house and Central Garden but should stay out of other villas and the caretakers residence.

Tungarali is one of the most scenic areas of Lonavala, it just near to the main town and there are At least 15 to 20 restaurants in a 5 minutes drive that offer food and other necessities.

Also there 4 sanitarium close the the villa at a distance of 2 minutes or less by car
