The Veda Arc Villa is situated in Eldeco Towne which is a residential township developed by Eldeco Builders & Developers Ltd. boasting of world class amenities and facilities. A gated community with well lit metaled road, 24 x 7 security, water supply, power back up, children play area and senior citizen park, swimming pool and well equipped recreation club. beautiful landscaped greenery and so on.
This 6000 Sqft 3 level luxurious villa has ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Ground floor has 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom, living, dining, lobby and modular kitchen dedicated for guests . First floor is residence of the host and top floor is also available for guest with one bedroom, full bathroom, terrace garden and swimming pool.
A 24 hour caretaker is provided for the guests assistance.
Also the host living on 1st floor is available 24 X 7 to offer guidance and advice to guests.

Please note that sleeping arrangement is as follows:
1. Four BHK Executive Suite Bungalow: Eight Guests in four King Size Beds. For remaining guests, arrangements will be made on the floor using mattresses, pillows, bed sheets, comforters etc. There will not be any proper bed.
2. The Villa has independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of any guest. 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all over house. Entire Villa has individual power backup to support lights, fans only. Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 50 MBPS speed based on Fibre optic cable (FTTH) technology.
3. Being living on the 1st floor of Villa, we are readily available 24 hours a day. Small shops, Milk, medicine shops, super markets, restaurants, hotels, vegetable & fruits shops, banks, ATM, Hospitals are in walking distance. IIM Lucknow is only 600 meters away.
4. Ola, Uber, 3 wheeler auto rickshaw are available. Ola, Uber and Cabio taxis can be booked via app.
5. Modular Kitchens with Utensils, Crockery, Gas, Hob, Fridge, ready to use.
i). You can cook food yourselves. There are plenty of utensils & crockery.
ii). You can order prepared meals from any restaurant and it will be delivered in the home.
