HOUSE RULES NEED TO BE STRICTLY
FOLLOWED
*Smoking is NOT allowed, smoke detectors are installed in the room
*If smoking is done inside the property then Rs 5000/-
will be fined.
*Loud music and nuisance is not allowed at any point
of the day.
*Pets are not allowed
*The number of guest cannot exceed the count
mentioned at the time of booking
*If the number of guest exceed from the actual then
guest have to leave the property at the same time.
*Visitors are strictly not allowed inside the property
without prior notice.
*Id proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the
booking and also on arrival
*Make sure to turn off lights / ac/ electronics and don't
forget to lock the door, when you leave the house.
*Any breakage or damage of any items in the property
will be charged at actual.
*Any damage of glass cutlery will be charged set wise.
*Pasting on walls and decoration strictly not allowed
in the property.
*If guest have a early check out then they have to
inform caretaker while check in time only.
*Early check in is not allowed.
*Check in time is 1 pm. *check out time is 11 am.
*Any damage done to linens (vomit, stains,oil etc) will
be charged for the new piece.
*Any stains on walls will be charged . (for the whole
wall paint )
*Vehicle should be parked properly
*No misbehavior should be done with any of the
society member or guard or caretaker.
*Any illegal activity, including the use of
narcotics,prostitution, commercial activity is strictly
not permitted.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
