Newly renovated for stylish comfort and to maximise the stunning views, this three bedroom highest villa of Mahabaleshwar offers serene privacy and sublime outdoor lounging. At 1350m elevation, the property overlooks Krishna River and Valley with glorious sunrise view, and mountains all around. 3 ample bedrooms sit within the main house, while a large living area has ample space to chill and dine.Visit strawberry and exotic vegetable farm and Private Sunrise Valley view point at a 10 mins walk.

**IMPORTANT: 30 Steps to climb from parking to ground level rooms. More steps inside the house. Guests booking with aged or guests with disabilities kindly check before (URL HIDDEN) Last 100 mtr towards the house is rocky road but any car will go fine.

**PRICING**: Base Price is fixed as per minimum 8 guests. Extra guests are charged thereafter. We do not give any discount for guest size below 8 guests. Breakfast is complimentary with the stay

The Rooms:
• 2 rooms with Double Beds and walk-in wardrobe each on first floor (35 steps from parking)
• Extra mattresses, blankets, and
pillows are available
• Both rooms have En suite bathroom with WC and hot water
• Third room, the master bedroom is on top floor and has a private balcony with sunrise view. It also has a full bathroom on the same floor.

The Living Room:
• Living room with large patio is on the second floor. 15 steps from ground level rooms.
• Has indoor seating and dining with valley view.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Purified Drinking water available
• Three single beds and sofas
• Has en suite washroom with WC and hot water

Food:
• Caretaker can make in house meals on prior order of 24 hours. Our house is pure veg and non veg consumption is strictly NOT allowed in premises.
• Cost of in-house meals: Rs 250 for veg thali, Rs 150 per head for hi tea snacks
• Veg thali includes: 2 locally sourced vegetables, dal, rice, chapati, papad, salad. Sweet dish can be added at additional cost of 50 per plate.
• Hi tea snacks has bhajjis/ mix pakodas/ sandwiches along with tea and coffee.
• All food orders must be places 24 hrs in advance as market is far away and last minute food requests cannot be fulfilled.
• Ramsukh resort and happy home restaurant are nearby places you can opt in for food. Ramsukh is pure veg. Happy home is non veg.

The Outdoor:
• House is set in a dense forest.
• Ground level sitout with board games
• Hammock and bonfire in the garden
• Walk to the valley view point to catch the breathtaking sunrise
• Lush greenery and breathtaking view everywhere
• Car parking with EV charging facility in garden.

Guests have access to all three rooms, living room, dining, garden, and entire compounded property for themselves. Caretaker stays in a room behind the house with his family.

The house has lot of steps to walk up and down. So be prepared for a good cardio exercise.
Do not leave the premises after 11 pm for walk outside out compounded property as there is possibility of encountering animals.
Last 200 mtr road is rough due to recent rains.. So please expect a rough drive towards the end.
Kindly be mindful while walking up and down the steps inside the house. Please take care of children and aged people along the steps.
