- There are 4 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the ground floor of each unit. Both living rooms offer sofa-style seating for up to 5 people and are equipped with a heater, fireplace and Wi-Fi access.
- One of the living rooms also offers a TV.
- There are 2 dining areas - 1 in each unit. Both are part of the living rooms and can seat up to 4 people.
- The exteriors of the villa feature a 750 sq. ft. lawn, with seating for up to 20 people.
