This is a 1 Bedroom Apartment with a Pine Forest in front and the spectacular Himalayas as foreground. Nested on 2000 meters hilltop, the appartment is just 1.5 kms from the famous Old Manali and Manali town centre.

Apartment is on the 01st floor, the distance from parking to the apartment is not more than 60 meters, with a total of 60 steps leading up to the room and we do not have an elevator.

During your stay you are welcome to enjoy your apartment which includes a balcony. and you will also have access to the common garden area.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay, please take into consideration our House Rules. Your cooperation will go further in assuring a peaceful stay for all.

Valid ID card of all the guests is required upon check in.
Smoking not allowed indoors.
All lights and home appliances must be switched off while stepping out from the apartment.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. However, owing to the remote location & limited service providers it can be erratic at times.
No pets allowed.
For property damage, missing of the utensils, remote batteries, linens, Bath towels are charged to the guest with a cost of new replacements.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10pm.
There is shoe rack places in the entrance of the stay and footwear's inside the stay is not allowed.
Zomato / KFC / Dominos are accessible to the location.
House keeping is done every 3rd day, if guests need housekeeping on daily basis, it can be done with an additional charge of INR 300, house keeping includes floor sweeping, mopping and bathroom cleaning.

Early check in and check out are considered upon availability.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
