This is a 3BHK luxury villa with large lawn and gazebo sit out ideal for families, friends and lager groups upto 16 guests. The villa boasts of 360 ° views of the mountains and view of Mulshi dam gates. The villa is located in Mali village, Mulshi and is an ideal spot for nature and adventure seekers.

The villa has 3 spacious airy and ventilated bedrooms with attached bathrooms, natural light, spacious living and dining, multiple balconies with sit outs's, power back up, daily housekeeping and umpteen parking space. The kitchen is not accessible for guests.

GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE BUNGALOW, LAWN AND GAZEBO AREA. THE KITCHEN IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR GUESTS.

I won't be available in person but our caretaker will help you with your checkin and on-site requirements.

Neighbourhood is a country side area comprising of a restaurant called Saiba hills and paradise cafe is 3-4kms from the villa.

Public transport is not easily available around this area and guests are recommended to get their own private vehicle.

The villa has a kitchen which is not accessible to guests. The network coverage in this locality is strong.
Please note that our bungalow is surrounded by lush green forest and hence in some seasons there are mosquitoes and insects entering the villa. Even though we have put wire mesh nets on our windows to avoid the insects from entering inside the bungalow, it is advisable to carry mosquito repellent with yourself. During the rainy season, there not enough sunlight as the area where our villa is located is covered around mist and fog 24/7 and hence it becomes very difficult for the caretakers to dry the bed sheets and towels even though we use a heater to dry them. Hence in rainy season, the bed sheets and towels remain a little moist and there is nothing that we can do about it.
