Located in the serene town of Karjat, this quaint villa is nestled in a cosy nook, swathed in incredible landscapes and a refreshing breeze. It offers spacious indoor spaces, tastefully furnished with modern conveniences to ensure your utmost comfort. Seamlessly opening up to the outdoors, the home features lush green lawns and gardens and is situated by the river. Guests can take a lazy stroll by the river, enjoy a splash in the private swimming pool and savour the breathtaking views that are bound to surround them.

This is not a wheelchair friendly property. Pets are welcome!

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, AC, attached bathrooms and gorgeous views of the forest.
- All bedrooms on the first floor open up to the terrace.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
- It offers AC, TV and Wi-Fi access.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and offers seating for up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the property boast a beautiful lawn, 4000 sq. metres in size.
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool, 20x15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
- Guests can soak in the picturesque views from the private terrace, complete with seating arrangements and a swing.
- Guests have direct access to the river on the premises.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, and mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. Guests may choose one from a spread of Poha/ Upma/ Paranthas/ Eggs, served with a soothing cup of tea or coffee.
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day.
- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day.
- Alternatively, the caretaker can prepare basic meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2500. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food, except beef and pork, is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges.

ACTIVITIES
This nature escape promises a plethora of amenities and experiences. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool or gather their loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the pristine river and embrace its beauty. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises.
- This is a pet-friendly home. However, guests are requested to restrict their dogs from the pool & dining area for safety & hygiene reasons.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter and diesel generator can provide partial backup.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food, except beef and pork, is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
