House is around 50years old, 75 cents of land, tea plantation all around, valley down below with ish pond and fruit garden in the making. spacious and cozy. Newly renovated 4 bathrooms. Newly dug well provides ample pure water. Amenities include kitchen with utensils, water heater, water purifier, inverter lamps, fridge. There is total privacy and peace. In about ten minutes walk you can finds shops to buy provisions. Enough parking space for 3 cars. Food, if requested can be made available at reasonable charges. Next house, though not directly visible is about 500mts. A great place to rejuvenate and relax. Absolute privacy.
House is surrounded by tea plantation and a valley in front. There are no houses close by. Closest one being 500mts away but not in view.
Car parking sufficient for more than 2 cars. Not covered. Ricks pass by frequently from the road 10 min walk away.
