Our enchanting cottage nestled in lush greenery just 15 minutes away from Mussoorie city center, offers modern amenities and tranquility amidst majestic mountains and fragrant pine trees. Serenaded by bird songs, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Mussoorie and the Doon Valley from every corner. We have 4 big suites with huge balcony overlooking mountains and forest ( this suite ( heaven by the kiana’s)is on second floor, another suite( bliss by the kiana’s )just adjacent to this, then we have one suite (retreat by the Kiana’s)on first floor, one suite ( nest by the kiana’s)on ground . So guests have their private suites. kitchen is on different area which is shared ( we have a dedicated chef there so you can order things from menu card ) little cooking can be done in chef’s kitchen. We have small garden for all the Guests.
We are located 15 to 20 minutes from the Mussoorie city centre and 15 to 20 minutes far from Landour on Mussoorie Dhanaulti Road. 3 minutes from Bataghat. The place is called Tibri dhar. There is free parking available in front of our gate.

In the event of a power outage(which is rare), we have implemented a backup system consisting of 10 batteries inverter. However, during such times, only essential facilities like lights and TV will be operational.
Additionally, we offer a fireplace to provide warmth during colder nights. While our staff will ensure it is lit at night, please refrain from attempting to light it yourself to avoid accidents.
