Nestled in the beautiful hills of Bhimtal, Uttarakhand, this homestay is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage is built on a sprawling area of over 500 square meters, surrounded by multiple fruit trees and shrubs, including apple, guava, orange, and kiwi. Guests can indulge in the fresh fruits, right from the trees!
The cottage boasts two cozy bedrooms, an office or study room, and a glass room for sunbathing, especially during winters. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including a microwave, toaster, mixer-grinder, refrigerator, and LPG gas stove, making it easy for guests to whip up their own meals.
The homestay provides free internet, DTH TV, smart TV, and a washing machine for the guests' convenience. A caretaker, who can also cook and act as a house-help, is available for service at a nominal price.
The weather in Bhimtal is pleasant throughout the year. Summers (May-June) are mild, with maximum temperatures reaching the early 30s, while nights are cool with temperatures dropping to less than 18 degrees Celsius. In winters, days are sunny and warm, with maximum temperatures of 18 degrees Celsius, while nights are cold, with temperatures just above 1-2 degrees Celsius.
Guests can park their cars on the premises free of cost. The cottage has a separate and independent entry, ensuring privacy for the guests. The hosts also provide logs for bonfires and coal for barbecues at nominal rates. The big patio can be used as an open dining area and a place to soak in nature's beauty.
The homestay is located in a serene neighborhood, where guests can enjoy the chirping of birds from dawn to dusk. The two big garden areas provide ample space for children and pets to enjoy. Overall, this homestay is a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation.
